Create a macro that compares similar columns between two excel spreadsheet to create a third sheet.

I need an excel spreadsheet macro created for me to use on an ongoing basis. I will load unique data (in same format each time) each time I run this in the future and then run the macro. The macro button should be somewhere on Sheet 3 (named "Results"). The excel spreadsheet has 2 sheets (tabs of info). One of the columns in each of the tabs contains similar information (a stock ticker symbol which is between 1 and 5 letters). The first sheet has many duplicate rows of the same symbol in column N. The second sheet has only one row entry per symbol, and the symbol is found in column B on the second sheet. Both sheets have column headers in first row. The macro should compare the symbol columns (again, column N in SHEET 1, and column B in SHEET 2) in each of two excel sheets within this file to make sure that the symbol exists on BOTH sheets. Then, if it is found on both sheets, ENTER THE ENTIRE ROW FROM THE 2ND SHEET ONTO A 3rd SHEET. So the 3rd sheet should look like the 2nd sheet (with same column headers as 2nd sheet), but with a reduced number of rows, (which have been eliminated because the symbol was not found on both sheets 1 and 2). I may have other jobs similar in nature to this. I need this built within the next hour or so! Thanks.
