Make my Excel charts look better

There are about 12 charts but most are quite similar so what's good for one is mostly good for the others too. The general look is OK to me but I think they can be more snazzy, to impress the boss. Free reign as long as they look better. Also Note that my main issue is the stacked column charts I can't find a nice combination of colours.
