I need an Excel expert to help me find a solution to this problem via a formula or macro - 09/09/2018 17:25 EDT

I have three examples that I am trying to compare information from each example independently to a database; I am trying to think of a formula that when I paste the example it will compare it to the database scenarios( Labeled 2-29) and report back with each of the scenarios which information is missing.

In the database: Let null represent "missing information" and 1 represent "completed information".

In the Examples: Let null represent "not required" and 1 represent Required

In Example 1 ideally I am looking for a Scenario that matches the required data points in this case:

Required( marked by "1"): First Name, Address, Province,Postal Code, Phone Number

Scenario 2: Does not satisfy this example; Address,Province, Postal Code,Phone Number are missing

Scenario 3: Does not satisfy this example; Province, Phone number are missing

Scenario 4: Does not satisfy this example; First Name, Province, Postal Code, Phone Number are missing

Scenario 8: Does not satisfy this example; First Name, Address are missing.

Etc.

Ideally to tell me which scenario best fits my example
