I reviewed the model you shared and would like to inform you that the real estate models I did were on similar lines. You mentioned that you want to add a rental and a roll-up model to it. While I could understand that a roll-up model will essentially combine all assets and provide the measures for the portfolio, I could not understand what a rental model will involve since each rental contract may have different terms.
