Job Description:
I need to deploy a simple form that allows a user to enter a designated prefix and select a two-letter suffix (from a dropdown list of country codes) and then through a script, generate random numbers (not from a database although I have an excel worksheet that will let me create 1500 random numbers at a time) and populate eight labels per sheet with two logos inside each barcoded label field plus the bar code itself and the human readable number - and surrounding fixed text in the margins of Avery label sheet Nr. 64501. The random number to be generated for each uniquely numbered bar code label needs to follow a designated algorithm noted in the file I've attached Once the script generates the numbers (no need to have a database of pre-prepared numbers - they should be created new on demand), the sheet margin texts and populates the labels and margins, it is to be saved as an restricted, non-duplicatable Acrobat page with the web page reset to enable me to create a second and more sheets of new barcode labels when needed. The only other requirement about created numbers, is that the script must preclude a number from being generated twice inside of any 12 month period. There is no need to store created numbers in any database or other file after the Acrobat page has been saved. See "visual aid" file attached.
