Just need 1 formula written so I can apply conditional formatting to a column of values. Check to see if a cell contains any of the text in a column. If it does contain the text, and does NOT contain the text in the next column, check two other values against each other. Attached file has a couple of examples. This needs to work as a "Conditional Format".
