Scrape new/used prices from Amazon & eBay into Excel/spreadsheet.

I am looking for a very simple script which I can run on a csv/excel spreadsheet with a list of manufacturer part numbers, I need the tool to be able to find the cheapest price for new & used from eBay and Amazon and place in columns against the manufacturer part number column. This will involve the script using its best method to match Manufacturer part number to the equivalent ASIN (some margin of error is expected as MPN to ASIN may not always match up) but this is why we will also use eBay as a pricing tool to get price data for new / used per Manufacturer part number.
I am open to the method the freelancer would use to execute such a task (phyton, excel vb script, desktop app etc) but the goal is a script of some kind to process a CSV full of manufacturer part numbers and find the cheapest new and used prices from Amazon and eBay (UK market places required only). Script has to handle around 1000 manufacturer part numbers in one column in CSV format and be able to populate the results in under 10 minutes for all 1000 products. (1000 would be the max number of products per csv (most probably average batch size would be 500 part numbers to search but would like project to be able to handle 1000 part codes per csv)
