Independent Payroll Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! Two to three years experience with Accounts Receivable is preferred. There is potential for career growth opportunities for the right fit. The best candidate will be enthusiastic and ready to learn! Experience required for the following tasks: • Receiving and recording payments • Invoicing • Customer service • Collection calls • Handling sensitive/confidential information appropriately • Retrieving information for new customer accounts • Data entry The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and organized, have excellent written and verbal skills, be able to manage time effectively and efficiently, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. We look for the following qualities in an employee: • B.A. in Accounting/Finance or Business with a Finance Concentration • Meticulous and detailed • Ability to multi-task • Team player • Honest • Positive and self-motivated • Highly organized • Computer literate (Experience with SAP is helpful) This position is available immediately.
