I am writing regarding the position I found on virtual assistant, I am a technician in administrative assistance of the Sena school. I am very interested in this position because I am a passionate person in my work and in creating projects that can satisfy the customer, I have experience in managing social networks like tiktok, instagram, facebook, also great management of office tools such as excel, wor, power point and google tools such as calendar, mail, drive,pictures en Canva, PPT, suite de Microsoft, etc.
I consider myself to fit perfectly with the company and its work environment proactive, effective, striking, real in data management and document transciption, for the management of appointment scheduling, drafting emails, quality customer service in a proactive and striking way.
I have had experiences and acquired many skills that make me the ideal candidate for this position, such as my internship in my previous job where I used google and office tools, such as customer service, use of canva and data transcription, I have also worked in upowork converting documents from images to word, or pdf to word, so I have great experience in the use of these tools
