Write a macro

I need a macro writing to perform the following function within the attached workbook. The example file shows my value odds for every horse in each of the day's races. imported from another file. When a horse becomes a non-runner I want to be able to delete the relevant full row of data, and have the ValueOdds_Probability (column G), and ValueOdds_BetfairFormat (column H) automatically update to the correct new values. Columns B and C are the identifiers, i.e. if the data in those columns matches, that is 1 race. (e.g. rows 2 - 16, are 1 race). The ValueOdds_Probability (column G) must always total 1.0 when summing the values for each horse in the race. (e.g. SUM(G2:G16)=1.0). If a horse becomes a non-runner and it's data is removed, the remaining values need to be scaled so that the race total value still equals 1.0 The ValueOdds_BetfairFormat (column H) are calculated from the values in column G using the simple formula: 1/ValueOdds_Probability There is already a macro in this workbook, which has been run on imported data, producing the example file.
