Fashion Designer - Women's Apparel (Tops, Short Kurtis, and Suits) -- 2

DIVINEPINK is seeking a skilled and passionate Fashion Designer to join our Brand to design and create innovative and trendy women's apparel in the categories of tops, short-kurti, and suits. (I need minimum 6 design per category). The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion industry and be able to develop designs that appeal to our target audience of women aged 19-25 from the states of Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Pune.

Responsibilities:

*Create original designs for tops, short-kurti, and suits that meet the brand's aesthetic and target audience preferences

*Discussing with me to ensure that the designs are produced within budget and on time

Research and analyze the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into designs

*Communicate with suppliers to ensure that the materials used are of high quality and meet production requirements

*Participate in fittings and provide feedback to ensure the final product meets the design specifications

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for the products designed

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

*Proven experience as a Fashion Designer in the women's apparel industry

*Knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric properties

*Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

*Ability to work well in a team and meet tight deadlines

*Strong attention to detail and creativity

*A portfolio of previous work demonstrating design skills and experience in the women's apparel category

*We want to hire candidate from india only.

*Female Candidate would be prefer more for this work.
