Fix existing web app project

Then, I will investigate the issues you have described and comment out the original code instead of removing it. I will also ensure that any line added by me is marked with a comment of my name. For the first problem of the top navigation disappearing upon browser refresh, I will investigate the code in the header component and ensure that the navigation data is being loaded properly upon refresh. For the second problem of a tab not appearing on a page upon display, I will review the code in the configure-cmpi-ctrl component and identify the issue. I will then update the code to ensure that the tab is displayed as expected.
