560141 Business Directory Joomla site

Hello, Basically i need a business directory website similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] with search box. I have the logo and the joomla template 1.6 that has to be used for this project. I have installed the template here: [login to view URL] If you don't think that this template is not good for this purpose, advise me. Since our logo color is brown we need the website also to be with brown theme. And i need some openings for flash/static banners Objective of the website: This will be used in local market to search using long tail non competitive keywords (eg. dentists near or around city hall area) when searching for a local business i need to see a listing related to the search and when i click on the particular company i need a box to be opened similar to the below [login to view URL] when you click on the business info on the left you will see a overview, about us, product pictures, contact info, google map. Every new client i must be able to create the same thing using their pic and logo. Please carefully go through all the pages and advise me.
