Please read carefully - this project is in 2 steps - the first is the intro page that needs to be completed and approved before going on to the rest of the site.
intro page - needs to start white and something looking like black paint to flow down and over the hidden (as they are white on white) elements on the page - the logo will be just the outline of the lightning bolt - and once the paint has dripped all the way down to cover the page (all black except the text and outline) a flash of lightning crashes into the center of the screen revealing the actual logo (gradient filled lightning bolt with the word around it). After 2-3 seconds the intro page resolves into the home page with the logo moving from the center of the intro page to the position it is on the home page.
That is it for the first stage and that must meet approval before we can begin the rest of the site.
The rest of the site should have the home page with real moving clouds on a blue sky (very slowly drifting across the sky). The buttons should fly in randomly from all over the screen and end up where you see them. If a button is not pressed after 5 seconds they should display their mouseover state (they will look like they are lit up from behind - like a light bulb came on behind them - bright glow effect - and play one musical note like a xylophone/bell sound) This too is random (like button1 then 3 then 4 then 2 then 5).
There are 3 "regular" pages with info - nothing fancy there plus a portfolio section.
There will be 5 sections of the portfolio - buttons will be different (same location/shape/functions) but different colors and text on them. Portfolio will show thumbnails and click on thumb to show larger image above the thumbnails.
Contact page is a simple mail form - will collect name, adress, phone, email and comments. Entering text into the fields, then click send or clear buttons - email will go to 2 email addresses plus the email of the sender - should have a confirmation alert and take the user to the home page after acknowledging pop up.
Please submit real bids and include time to complete the intro page and then time to complete the entire project. The entire PSD (photoshop file) will be supplied with all elements except the moving clouds. The finished site must visually match the PSD exactly.
