No wannabees or pretenders. I only want Flash designers with years of experience, in particular with actionscripting.
My small but growing business creates Virtual Tours for real estate, hotels and resorts. I no longer use a Java applet to display them and I now only use Flash.

At this time (and for this quote) I want someone to design the Flash 'viewer' from this page. The pre-loader with the sliding panels and zoom. The other features we can talk about later. This pre-loader must work with what I already have as a viewer. See below. Or I am open to other viewer solutions.

Again...I repeat that I want the real goods. If you only 'think' you can do this, do not quote. If you HAVE done this or are VERY adept with flash then I would love to here from you. This is my first shot at outsourcing. Looking forward to the responses!
