Flash for CD Presentation

We are developing a multimedia CD Rom for a client that will act as an interactive brochure. We intend to have someone create the file in flash and then we will burn it to a CD ourselves.
Brief overfiew of flash:

Intro : there will be an intro very similar to the intro on this page[url removed, login to view]
Main Menu: the main menu will appear after the intro and will have a link to a video player which will play a video clip that we provide. It will have a link to an information page that shows information from a text file that we provide, it will have a photo gallery link that allows them to browse through photos that we provide and it will then have a link to our website and online forms that we will provide.
