Flash Games with option to change graphics

Hi alltogether,
I´m just searching a good flash-programmer for several game-projects that i like to realize. Lets start with the first easy one:
A mahjongg version where I later can change the pics (symbols or logos) of the stones.
For the first version i will send you the graphics for the game, you just have to program it. Later I need the open flash file to change graphics on my own - possible?
Send me references of your earlier flash work to convince me.
