Flash Work

Hello, please read this carefully... I am looking for a professional Flash animator (or SwishMAX pro). I am working on a website for a model/dancer. I have most of it already done but they now want to have a flash animation of a dancer in the intro. The dancer will be just a black shadow (we don't need any face detail or color)... we just want her to gracefully move (continuously) sort of like in the iPod commercial but slower. There is a template on TM that has exactly what I want: [login to view URL] (** I don't want the entire template, just the shadowed dancer in the red area). What I need from you. I need you to create the exact same animation of a girl dancing just like in the template ( 1 girl only, not 3). You can copy it if you like or you can make one from scratch (whatever is faster and cheaper). The only difference is that she needs to be a little bit bigger. I want this animation to be transparent because since I am making the intro myself, I want to just add this animation into the intro. *I may need some help/instructions on that. Please give me your price for just 1 dancing girl (as a black shadow) on a transparent background. If you can make her dance more like a stripper and less like a club dancer, please say this in your bid. I will pay more for this. Much more work available if all goes well.
