Simple Flash changes and cleanup

I need a simple cleanup and samll change performed on my Flash header/nav. :

1) Move the HOME link the the end after LOGIN

2) Get the links centered over the lines that are underneath the text. i.e you will notice that the DOMAINS link is not centered over the line under it. looks sloppy.
