I'm looking to have a mobile app built using Flutter. The following link is to a Flutter template that I will purchase as a foundation for you to work from - which should save lots of development time. The goal would be to offer virtual services in addition to the standard services that the app offers.

I would need the following modifications:

Allow virtual services (example: If someone needs a document converted, assistance fixing an error on their site or just helping the user with a software walkthrough)
The process flow:
------------------------
A user can make a post which goes into a feed (searchable by service provider). It will also send out push notifications to, say, the top 100 service providers that match based on the service provider's listed service categories. The service provider can then reach out to the user to provide the service.
There will be a payout hold - User pays on app for service. Service provider is notified of payment and then provides service. Within N days, the service provider receives payout.
There will be a small service fee for the platform and the seller receives the balance.
