O ponto que mais quebra em portais assim é o disparo de e-mail a cada publicação: se o envio for feito na hora do clique em "publicar", uma lista grande trava o painel e o editor fica esperando, e uma falha no meio pode mandar e-mail duplicado ou nenhum. Por isso eu faria o publish só marcar o artigo e enfileirar o envio em background (fila com workers), disparando em lotes pelo SendGrid, com idempotência por artigo para que ninguém receba o mesmo alerta duas vezes — o editor clica e segue trabalhando.
