Hello, I reviewed the public RTIQA repositories before applying, including the current website, the main RTIQA platform repository, and the AI repository. My recommendation is not to rebuild everything from scratch, but also not to continue adding v1 functionality directly onto the current public website implementation. I would preserve the valuable existing work, consolidate the platform architecture, and build the production application around a proper modular, multi-tenant backend. I would build RTIQA v1 as a modular monolithic SaaS initially rather than introducing unnecessary microservices. The AI layer would include permission checks, tenant isolation, provider abstraction, usage/cost controls and an architecture that can later support RAG and institution-specific knowledge bases. Arabic, RTL & internationalization Arabic and English would be treated as first-class languages from the beginning rather than translated at the end. My honest recommendation: preserve the data model work and rebuild the weak layers rather than starting from zero, then consolidate the three repos into one so tenant isolation and the AI service share a single auth boundary. The riskiest part of v1 is not the screens, it is enforcing strong tenant isolation across attendance, grades, certificates and the AI layer at once, plus certificate verification with unique IDs and QR that stays valid.
