Science Fiction E-Book

I would like someone with Science Fiction writing experience to write a 15,000 word E-book for me based on the following scenario. A young boy (16 years old) is being home schooled by his grandmother because he has been bullied by kids at school because of his disability. (He walks with a significant limp as a result of a polio like disease.) He is facsinated with science and spends most of his time working in his room. He has always wanted a telescope to look at the moon and stars. A telescope allows him to see beyond the confines of his room. His grandmother is very poor subsisting on a small social security check and shopping at yard sales in search of thiings to resell. One day she stops at an estate sale. Children of a former recluse are selling off their fathers possesions. The father inherited a hardware shop from his father. He did not do well and soon the hardware store shut down. Living on his inheritance the old man spent his days tinkering. Using stock from the now defunct hardware store the old man spent his days inventing things. The remains of that tinkering was what was put up for sale. In a box of "junk" the grandmother found what looked like a telescope. She paid a few dolars for the box and took it home to her grandsome who was overjoyed. He took the telescope made a few repairs to it and spent his days and nights looking through it. He felt free to wonder the universe and explore the fields behind his home. One day during a storm while peering through the telescope the young man can make out a home in the field behind his home. He was confused as no home existed there for years. Focusing the telescope on a window of the home he sees a girl about his age sitting and, like him, looking at his house. She sees him. She too is suprised to see someone looking out the window at her. She waves at him and he waves back. Soon the storm moves away and they no longer see each other. The boy frantically tries to refocus the telescope to no avail. All the next day he attempts to adjust the telescope in hope of seeing the girl again. Only when a new strom gathers is he able to once again see the house and the girl sitting by the window. Both the girl and he boy are excited to see each other. How can this be wonders the boy. The girl writes on posterboard to send him messages. He responds to her messages with poster board messages of his own. They both have similar stories and after months of communicating they fall in love . Using other materials the boy found in the box he is able to adjust the telescope so that he can see her anytime. No longer must he wait for a storm to brew inorder for him to see her. They spend hours sharing their life stories and their love only deepens. One day, the boy notices that a factory or store is being built on the property behind his home. As construction begins he finds it more and more difficult to see her and soon it becomes clear they are about to be cut off from one another. They are both paniced. He tells her he will find her one day. He will sppend his life trying to find her. After weeks of sad communication and planning. The boy and girl can no longer see each other, no longer able to communicate. He grows up with her in his mind. He recieved a scholarship to a fine University where he studies Quantom physics. His goal nver waivers. He must find her. So, that is the basic idea for this novel. Can the reader of this post write a novel fro me?
