Our goal is to achieve ₹5,00,000+ Month in website sales with strong ROI through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns Create & optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Develop full-funnel ad strategies (Cold, Warm, Retargeting) Audience research, interest testing, and scaling strategies Creative testing & performance optimization Daily monitoring of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates Pixel, Conversion API & Google Tag Manager setup/optimization Funnel & landing page conversion improvement suggestions Scaling winning campaigns to ₹1L/day sales goal Also Funnel Optimisation Required Skills & Experience Proven experience running e-commerce Meta & Google Ads Demonstrated ability to scale high daily revenue campaigns Strong understanding of ROAS & performance metrics Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce funnels Expert in Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Analytics & Tag Manager Ability to analyze funnels and suggest CRO improvements Hands-on experience with budget scaling & ad creatives testing MUST-HAVE (To Apply) Please include real case studies with: Daily ad spend Daily sales achieved ROAS screenshots Industries / products worked on
