Looking for around $15+ daily earning from website.

I am currently looking for someone to create up to 5 websites, (only the start, if I am satisifed there will be more), on Wordpress platform that can make around $15+ for each of them, and also must be pertaining to a topic of interest that will remain in the long run. Any form of monetization is fine, so you are free to use your own methods: (Google Adsense, CPA offers, affiliate products, etc.) The site must be original content and SEO optimized with keywords that are used frequently. The look must be professional, neat, and clean to draw in people to click on the ads. Content cannot be messy or garbled text and must pass copyscape. Picture should be legal, (no copyrighted photos). I will pay the amount AFTER I see a consistent income in my Adsense account and when I see proof of the earning of the websites. If this project works great, you can do more sites for me in the future. Only white hat methods, no spamming or artificial traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites). No Autoblogs. I want ONLY organic traffic, no PPC, adwords, or others traffic sources. Backlinks to the websites must be strictly white hat only, with the right PR (2,3,4) and within reason, like "no spamming". White hat strategies ONLY, traffic and click must be White Hat only, no Black/Grey hat methods with no search engine penalties. You will also choose keywords and niche, but you will need to describe a plan to me on how you will generate the traffic and why do you want to to choose that niche.
