Remove Google Ads Suspension

So, I have built a new e-commerce store. I launched the store and used an API feed for shopping. 2 days later my Merchant centre was suspended (as was my ads account) the merchant suspension was due to misrepresentation. After going back and fourth I managed to fix all the issues with my account and I appealed.
As a result my merchant centre was reinstated but my google account was not automatically reinstated. So I contacted Google and they told me to submit an Appeal. I submitted this Appeal on 02/03/2023. I heard nothin back (I have the reference number for this) I then submitted another appeal on the 8th March. again no response.
It is like my appeals are lost in the system. There is no way to contact google as when I attempt to do it, it just takes me to "fix suspension.
Im looking for someone to contact google on my behalf, get the appeals looked at and the suspension removed. the suspension is listed as Policy violation I assume this is because of the merchant centre issue which is now fixed.
