I already collect data in Google Analytics; what I’m missing are clear, decision-ready reports that focus on user experience and accessibility. The goal is to translate the numbers into a story I can act on—where users hesitate, how load times vary, and whether the site’s structure truly supports inclusive access. You’ll take the raw GA4 data and build an interactive report (preferably in Looker Studio, but I’m open to other GA-friendly tools) that surfaces: • Core UX metrics: time to first byte, interaction delay, scroll depth, exit points • Accessibility-related indicators: events tied to keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader usage, or any proxy signals you recommend • Trends and comparisons over time, with visual cues for anomalies Deliverables • A refreshable Looker Studio dashboard connected to my GA4 property • An executive-level PDF snapshot generated from the dashboard • A short handover note outlining data sources, filters, and how to adjust date ranges or segments Acceptance criteria – All widgets populate automatically from GA4 with no broken fields – Metrics and dimensions are clearly labelled and grouped by UX vs. Accessibility focus – Filters let me isolate device type and traffic channel without extra setup If you have ideas for advanced segments or enhanced measurement that can improve the quality of these reports, feel free to suggest them—future iterations might expand into traffic or conversion views, but this first milestone is all about creating the UX and accessibility reporting foundation.

A straight answer on two of your metrics first, because most bids will simply promise all of them. GA4 does not collect time to first byte or interaction delay by itself. Those are Core Web Vitals, and they only reach GA4 if the web-vitals library is sending them as events, or you pull them from the Chrome UX Report. If your site is not already sending them, I can add that tracking, but you should know it is a setup step rather than a field sitting in your property waiting to be charted. Screen reader usage cannot be detected. Browsers deliberately do not expose it, and any tool claiming to measure it is guessing. Keyboard-only navigation is measurable, by tracking focus events that arrive without a preceding pointer event. That is a real proxy and I would label it as one, not present it as accessibility compliance. What I can build immediately from your existing data: - Scroll depth and exit points per page, so hesitation shows up by step rather than as one bounce figure - Trends with period-over-period comparison and anomalies highlighted - Splits by device and landing page, which is usually where UX problems concentrate Deliverables as specified: a refreshable Looker Studio dashboard on your GA4 property, an executive PDF snapshot, and a short guide. One question: is web-vitals already installed, or is GA4 on default configuration? That decides how much of the performance section exists on day one.

Hello, I can help transform your GA4 data into a clear, decision-ready UX and accessibility reporting solution. I will build a refreshable Looker Studio dashboard connected to your GA4 property, with clearly separated UX and Accessibility sections. The dashboard will include interactive date controls and filters for device type and traffic channel. The UX reporting will focus on user engagement, scroll depth, exit points, interaction patterns, and available performance metrics such as load times and responsiveness. I’ll also create trend comparisons and visual indicators to help identify anomalies and potential areas of user friction. For accessibility, I will review your existing GA4 events and recommend practical proxy signals or custom events for keyboard navigation, focus behaviour, form errors, and other inclusive user experience indicators. Since GA4 does not automatically track all accessibility interactions, I’ll ensure the reporting is based on reliable available data and clearly document opportunities for enhanced measurement. Deliverables include: • Refreshable Looker Studio dashboard • Executive-level PDF snapshot • Short handover note covering data sources, filters, calculated fields, segments, and date-range adjustments My goal is to turn your analytics into an actionable story that helps identify where users struggle and where improvements can have the greatest impact. I can complete the project within 7 days and am ready to get started.

Hi, I can build a clean and refreshable Looker Studio dashboard using your GA4 data, focused specifically on UX and accessibility reporting. I will organize the dashboard into clear UX and Accessibility sections, with device and traffic-channel filters, trend analysis, anomaly indicators, and an executive PDF snapshot. I will first validate which requested metrics are available in the existing GA4 setup and recommend suitable proxy/custom-event or supplemental data sources for metrics not directly available. I will also provide a concise handover document explaining the data sources, filters, date ranges, and segmentation. I can deliver the complete dashboard and documentation within 5 days.
