Hi, I am the advisor for an organization in small companies and I am using Google Sheets and Docs (like templates) to help my users. All this is on the very basic level. I need to improve a little bit those tables. Like using "Awesome table" or in a similar way.

I am not insisting on Awesome Table. But I am explaining functionalities in compare to this Google Add-on.

For now, I need to improve 3 tables.

1.

Workflow table with tasks

This is Task list. Workflow table contains (white) rows with the name of the Task (as a link). By clicking on task name, appropriate Task table is open.

Tasks (white rows) are grouped.

In hierarchy is (some) Activity on the top (black row).

Then is (some) Group (dark blue).

And after (some) Sub-Groups (lighter blue nuances)

In the next Column are picked Doers (employees) who are trained for this particular task. There can be more than one Doer.

Easy enter, edit and delete and moving rows are welcome.

Easy filtering by Activity and Doer is welcome.

Task table (called Task Pack)

The main part are the steps. Textual fields. One task has about 5 - 10 steps.

In the header are the data as Name (text the same from Workflow table), Result (text) and Rules (links to various user docs.)

Generating new Task table and generating steps are welcome.

Having explanation neer each step is welcome (as "FAQ" or "Table with sidebar" in Awesome Table. Rich text is welcome).

Task management table (called Arena)

Here user picks Task from Workflow table and copies to this task management table. Pick one Doer to execute Task. Than dates and as usual.

Here is the video to explain how is working now.

All tables are connected on simple Google site page and a client is using them for his purpose.

It should be easy for me to duplicate all connected tables (templates) for new client.
