Terraform / Google cloud provide automate script expert

Job Description:
Looking for a GCP automation expert for a quick job. Need to launch Selenoid E2 instance and assign the static IP address. (Need to create a static IP address). Once the cron jobs are run, we need to destroy the created instance. This should be dynamic to save the hardware cost in long run. We will use the instance only for 15 – 20 mins.
It is not a cluster, just a single node (E2 instance) as part of scheduler job, as apart of same job we will call few scripts. once all scripts are executed. we need to delete newly created instance.
currently we are doing manual. we need to assign the static IP address to the node. that all the API's will take to the node with the static IP without any changes.
