It's a simple problem and easy to fix. Most likely you either haven't enabled billing for your account or you haven't enabled all the APIs you are using.

You will have to register on the Google Cloud Console to receive the Static Maps API and then it can be replaced on the website. Hire me and I'll do the job easily for you.

Hi, I have gone through your requirement. Have you enabled billing on your google map? If you are not you need to link your credit card to the billing and you have to activate each API separately.
