Google Sheets formula assistance

Hi!

I have a requirement please based on the following website:

to have this generated in a Google Sheets file.

You will see from this spreadsheet, that you can input any one piece of data, hit calculate and the rest of the figures will be populated.

You will see it is based on the current Australian Tax Rate table:

Low | High | Rate

0 | 18,200 | 0%

18,201 | 45,000 | 19%

45,001 | 120,000 | 32.5%

120,001 | 180,000 | 37%

180,001+ | 45%

So, I would need the same ability in a Google Sheet, to:

* Enter any data point as per the link above

* And have the data populate

* With the option to ‘clear’ all data and start again

The website : [login to view URL] is great but slightly incorrect with it’s calculation, but the following Google Sheets calculator is correct:

As you will see, based on an income of $80,000 entered in D4, the result in D13 : $17,547.00 is the tax result I would need in the spreadsheet (based on the official tax rates table / link provided above.

I have tinkered with the Goal Seek feature in Google Sheets, but (I think) I would need to call the goal seek function via script which I don’t have the advanced knowledge for (or a Macro?)

FYI - one of our older suppliers worked on this previously, but is unfortunately now away until the end of the month (and we need it done this week) - he put together the following video showing how he had it complete the requirements, just with formulas, no script:

Can you please review and advise if you can do the same?
