67608 ebook header & cover

I need a professional ebook cover and matching header banner for a web page, in jpg format. You will get a good idea of the theme by visiting [login to view URL] I do not want the site url in the designs as this may change as the site develops, you need to come up with something fishy. I need the banner and ebook cover to be finished items, ready to go, I do not want logo's that need to be further worked into a finished item. Both the banner and ebook cover need to include the text "How To Make Fishing Lures by Vlad Evanoff" The banner should be 600x100, the cover approx 120x175, both should be less than 18kb, but I expect the designer to keep the file size as small as possible consistent with excellent quality.
