short one scene 3d sci fi animation

I am putting together a highlight video reel for my fire department here in Southern Oregon, USA. The theme is sort of a looking forward to the future kind of thing. Positive thinking, optimistic attitude feel. Moral has been poor here lately. I would like to end the video with a scene of a satelite or space station in orbit over earth but in the distance. A realistic emergency spaceship would be close and in the foreground. There should should be a small explosion at far the station/staelite and the ship in the foreground should head toward the emergency. I want the spaceship to hold the departments insignia on the body and have strobes flashing similiar to modern day USA fire engines. Finished work is open to your creativity and is totally changeable. Hoping for a finished AVI or MOV scene time less than 15-20 seconds. Pre-existing models are OK. This is not a big money maker. Just Fun. We will provide the audio here. Need file by 2/5/07 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional useable file in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MOV/AVI/Motion JPG will accepted. MPG2 with large Bitrate will also be considered.
