I am looking for a competent web designer to design a basic pharmacy site for me. I need a basic but professional looking structure built with standard pages for contact, Faqs, Company info, privacy and terms/conditions, etc. There will 5-7 categories of products and then a product page template. I will add products and product information myself. However, I would like templates to be able to easily create individual product pages and a template for php forms pages (just template/no coding). Also, I would like a flash banner created for the homepage which I can edit with new products, offers, etc.
As for the shop cart system, I have a php programmer who will build that separately. So really I am just looking for a basic structure, design and templates to be created that I can easily add information, images, etc.
The code needs to be optimal for SEO.

I will be looking to create something that is sort of a hybrid of these two sites.
