PSD Design + Corporate Identity (Art Directors ONLY please)

I'm in a need of urgent assistance of someone designing a PSD file to be coded into a website by another person. I also need a COMPLETE corporate identity designed (all files in vector for both online and to print).

I don't want to see your portfolio, I want a personalized message where you state your past years of experience. I do want you to be a northern European citizen with fluent English for the sake of being easier for me. I do want you to have a past experience as an ART DIRECTOR, not graphic designer only.

I expect a perfect result, no milestones will be created nor released until I have seen that you can acctually perform what I'm looking for - simply because this is the 4th time I'm posting this.

So, here's what I want:

1) Landing page as a front page with a login/register form (free sign up) - a background image that on the left side shows events and on the right side shows tracking through graphs, line charts and tables... all elements blended-into-one-image... Footer links with more info that redirects into a responsive page-design. Logo in top center.

2) Once logged in the members pages should be a tracking solution for a marketing company, design pretty exactly as [login to view URL] (it's open source code so anything can be used, however graphs should be uniquely designed by you).

3) In the members pages should also different menus (3 to be precise, exactly like PIWIK - top right, then next line logo (to the left), menu under logo, and AJAX logo underneath)

4) The "dashboard-page" where members comes to first upon login should entail 3 videos with premium solutions etc. (not designed by you) and somewhere very elegantly to display upcoming events, perhaps under the videos

5) I also need a "coming soon" page to be designed, but with a clear background, logo, and newsletter sign up only.

That's it, as most of the design for this page can already be viewed on [login to view URL] It's pretty much a corporate identity and the background on the landing page that should be designed, meaning this should be a fast project.

With this information it should be easy to be quite precise in your bidding of both price and time, so please spare my time with information as your portfolio as I won't take a look anyway - I'll view your past comments and you should have 8-10 years of experience to attract my interest. I do want to know about your past experience so state where you have been working, and remember ART DIRECTOR positions only interests me at this point.
