Job Description:
We need to redesign a website, and I thought that this job is a great testing project for freelancer.com.
The site we need to redesign is [login to view URL]
This site belongs to person who is a lawyer and a mediator, so it targets people interested in hiring a lawyer, a mediator or trying to become a mediator, because they also hold classed needed to pass in order to become a mediator.
For non Romanian speakers the top menu is: Home, Gallery, Services, Fees, Legislation, Articles, About Us, Contact.
The design must be clean, not flashy, etc
The color scheme must match the logo colors.
Feel free to browse the site and find out where each link leads so you can get a grasp on the project.
The new website must have the same sections, plus a 'news'/'hot' section where should be a list of upcoming classes, for example.
Once we agree on a mockup (pretty advanced, not just wireframes), you'll have to design all the needed (different) pages, then implement it in HTML using CSS, JavaScript, etc.
This does not include the programming, just working HTML pages.
I am NOT interested in having a template from Internet adapted for my needs.
It can be based on bootstrap, so it can easily be further extended with other sections that might need forms, etc.
I'm also looking for a long time professional who is serious, deliver on time and of course has good rates.
Romanian designers are more than welcomed.
