PROJECT OVERVIEW
I have two documents which I plan to distribute at a conference or email to prospects. Document # 1 is a request for volunteers and document # 2 is a pitch for corporate sponsors for the non-profit organization for which I volunteer. The goal of this project is to apply graphic design creativity to make the documents look professional and visually appealing using a combination of graphics, images, creative layout, and different font sizes, types, and colors so that the end documents portray professionalism and competence.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
The final deliverables will include:
1. Two modified documents in PDF format
2. Two modified documents in Word format (or any format for which I can edit the text in the future)
METHOD OF WORKING
1. I'll provide the two documents in Word format, as well as the non-profit organization's logo
2. I'm requesting three (3) concepts for the documents, I'll pick one of the concepts
3. I'll have three (3) rounds of revisions to the chosen concept
4. I'll supply the documents and the logo after we come to agreement on project fees, timing, and the method of working
REQUIREMENTS
1. Both documents should have the same / very similar design
2. The organization's logo must be included in both documents. I'll provide this logo
3. Requesting a 3-day turn around time
