Add a page to our website

Job Description:
We have a website at [login to view URL] - we want to add a page to that website that displays the continuing professional development training that we offer.
The page should have:
- a search function where people can search using filters (topic area, presenter, CPD, city) or using free text search
- the presenters bio should be accessible (eg if someone hovers over a presenters name)
- there should be book now and enquire now buttons.
The page should tie in with the rest of the website, but it being a bit different is okay if that's your design choice. The site is build on wordpress. The structure should be one that is easy for us to update, as our list of training sessions changes over time.
