Build Basic Wordpress Website

I am needing someone to build me a very basic website, mainly to match a wordpress template (see attached image). It is going to be a fairly generic website. Here will be the layout:
Top Menu Bar
Home (Home page will have just the menu bar along with a full screen image, similar to the attached screenshot)
About (About page will have either text only, or an image with some text)
Services (Services page will have 2 rows, each with 1 Image and some text)
Sample Product (Sample Product page will have text along with a slider or grid of 9 images)
Contact (simple contact form)
Text used on the pages can just be filler text at this point (Lorem Dipsum etc.). I am just looking for the general setup, and then I can update the info myself.
Lastly, once created, I would just need a video screen capture explaining how I can update the text and images on the website. I am familiar with Wordpress, but not with this theme.
