Build a Web Based CMS (Content Management System) platform

The system allows you to track where sale agents are as it relates to customers. This system is for people who sale and work with funeral homes. We will be managing Leads Tracking Customer and agents activity we will be managing Contacts Post sales Managing Internal Task Show when task are done (what date they were done) What upcoming events you will have Calendar to show what appointments and follow ups are scheduled. When you look at the screen it will show who is the owner of the lead. The owner assigns the leads to agents (Who it has been assigned to) Next to the person name we can see what activity has been done. 1. We need to be able to put in the names and personal information of customers. Name, Address, email, phone numbers, how are they related to the decease. Son, daughter, brother, sister, mother, father, uncle, Aunt, Cousin, brother in law, sister in law etc.. Name of the Deceased (person who passed) Deceases Date of Birth Deceases Date of Death Deceases Wedding Anniversary Date Any other significant celebrations Listing of additional family members associated with the decease. Their names and phone numbers, addresses, how are the related to the decease What activities have been done There will be a listing of all actives associated with the family member. We need to show where they are in the sale process and what type of letters and correspondence they have received. Listing of different letters to choose from that can be sent to a customer 1. Initial Condolence Letter 2. 3 Month you are not forgotten letter 3. 6 Month Remembrance Letter 4. Pre-Need Funeral Letter 5. Birthday Celebration Letter 6. Anniversary Letter Where are they in the sales process: Initial contact made Follow Up Appointment set. Appointment Confirmed Appointment completed Sale made Not interested Follow up in 1 week Follow up in 2 weeks Call me again in 6 months. Do not contact again Referrals gained Names of referrals, address, phone numbers of referrals We need to have the agents name that the family was given to. What type of Lead is it On Fire Lead Hot Lead Warm Lead Cold Lead There also needs to be a contact person associated with the lead that set up appointments. If we use telemarketers they are not the owners of the lead, but they may set an appointment and place the name of the customer and the appointment date under a particular agents name. The agent needs to know who that telemarketer is and that telemarketer needs to know that the agent got the lead and confirmed the appointment.
