La casa di Daniela, villa for rent

Hi, I would like to build a new responsive website for La casa di Daniela a villa for vacational rentals and events. The new website i've sketched is very essential, as the one we have already but has a new blog style page (i would like it to be very easy to update), a horizontal layout to contain different size pictures organized in galleries and needs to be multilingual. The most important things are to get a very fast loading and easy to navigate website with clean and clear contents and design. I've pictured it looking at two different responsive templates that i can buy for you to get the job done easly. I need the template to be customized and I've attached some psd files to give you a more concrete idea of the. Below the links to the templates i was looking at. Usually horizontal layout is used for photographers' websites, we consider to use this type of layout because we would like to describe the villa mainly through the pictures we have (new one plus the one we have already on our website), that are elegant and professionals. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The first template i've linked to has, in the light version a horizontal gallery that i like very much: it is very easy to navigate both with arrows and or touchpad, has a nice white transparent layer effect for pictures that are entering in frame and good margins for the long panoramic pictures that i have to combine with vertical pictures and standard frame horizontal pictures. The second template Fluxus is more complete, has a contact page with map and gives the possibility to put double menus (a main menu and a submenu on the left side of the page) has a pre built horizontal blog. The only problem with this second layout is that the space given to pictures is too large. I need the panoramic pictures to be displayed entirely on screen and i would like to have some white margin around them, also the blogs pictures are way too big for our images. Optimized pictures and multi language text will be given to you once you will start the job. The picture attached are only supposed to give you a very rough idea of the work. The name of menu items and some pictures will probably be different. Feel free to suggest a different workflow or point out problems/suggestion for the overall layout.
