configure WP-CRM to create a 'sales funnel'

My name is Floyd Paulos & my hobby is running the non-profit charity called Disabledtrikersclub.com. It is a WP site only about I year old. I have recently purchased WP-CRM & am now looking for someone to help me configure it to help manage the club via the cloud. I am looking to establish a long term relationship with a trustworthy person who can help me configure WP-CRM gradually, (over a 12 month period) & then provide ongoing support thereafter. This person must be able to help me use the WP-CRM suite of products to create a sales funnel & dashboard. I will be running various projects on the site. Each project I will have its own landing page with contact forms. Completed contact forms will auto-populate a database of contacts , where I can set tasks, meetings in a calendar. This data can all be manipulated to create a dashboard from which I can generate reports. I need to establish a long term relationship who with someone who can not only set it up but provide ongoing support until I learn to use the system ourselves & fine tune it to meet our needs. Because we are a not a business, there is no specific deadline for this project. I see this as a gradual process rather than an event. This job would suit someone who can slot it in around their other jobs.
