Gamify Life

In this project you will be tasked with designing a game based on something that occurs in everyday life. Your game should teach about, or, encourage your players to engage more in a life activity. For example: a game that teaches users how to properly brush their teeth, and encourages them to brush outside of the game to earn points. Or… A smartphone app that rates player against their friends and local users when they go out for a run.

Your game’s design should either have a personal positive impact on the daily life of the user or should be used to push and education on social change. Can you design a game that makes your players better people by playing it?

The game could exist on a console, pc, or mobile. Assume technology is advanced enough for your designs, ie: smartphones with sensors that can detect a user’s whole body / perfect Oculus Rift type VR.

You must write a brief document detailing your design and how it will make peoples lives better. Using the Gamification Model Canvas (GMC) available on Blackboard, fill out all the aspects of your game and use this as your GDD. Finally you must create 3 Wireframes for your game. The first Wireframe should consist of the main gameplay for your game. Two more Wireframes will be created to document and illustrate 2 other aspects of your game..
