Hello Freelancers! This is a very advanced app we are planning to create to help our We are a security company which supply and install CCTV/Intruder/Fire Alarms. We have been manually making quotations and other default documents, we now want to change this into a electronic format where we can fill in a 'form' and it will automatically create the document which we can also email through the same app. In this sofware we also want to intergrate our company calender which is shared between out staff memebers(using google calender format). Also on this calender we need a section where it can automatically send a text message to the customer reminding them that we will be going to the them on that date. Also we have a app already which has a electronic customer ticket, this is used every time we complete a job it is filled in and automatically emailed to the customer and to our head office. We also want a maintenance handling section which includes out customer database, this database has customer details, maintenance price, what system they have, and how much the maintenance is. there will be obvious minor adjustment we will make to all this so we can tweak it to be beneficial for our company. Overall, we are doing this as we having multiple software doing one section at a time only which we want to combine all into one.
