Re-design a professional template for our corporate brochure

Our company provide qualifications in the construction industry. Our corporate brochure/prospectus is now a few years old and we're looking to redesign it totally. We do not necessarily need the whole brochure building completely, but if possible we would like a professional looking template that fits our style/branding etc that we can update ourselves on an ongoing basis in Adobe InDesign. None of us in the office are designers but we are able to add text and replace images ourselves etc within an existing template. We have already checked many of the existing Adobe InDesign/Illustrator templates available online and although many of them look really good, we are struggling to work out how we can use them with our products/services because the format is very different to our current brochure. In our current brochure almost all of the pages are in the same format which doesn't look great either. Ideally we want someone to look at our current brochure and redesign us a new professional brochure template that will work for our company. They could copy and paste some of the text from our existing brochure or website ([login to view URL]) for the main pages, but we are happy to do most of the text/image changes ourselves, particularly ion the services pages as there are a lot of them and they're very similar, it's just the structure we really need. The new template ideally needs to contain at a variety of different page designs including a new front page, introduction page, about us page, our customers page, news page, as well as 2 or 3 different styles of 'services' (qualifications) pages. The design must work with our company colour scheme which is red/white/grey and look professional (I am also colour blind so you can imagine that choosing an appropriate colour scheme myself is not easy). It's perfectly fine for someone to use an 'off the shelf' template if they can find one that fits our needs and modify it for us. I have attached a copy of our current brochure for reference. The format of any of the pages can change, but all the same information and logos on the services (qualifications) pages needs to also go onto the new brochure. The design needs to be A4 and can be portrait or landscape. Many thanks
