Re-Design a Website

Hello, I have a wordpress template for e-learning, see link: [login to view URL] My web developer is working on the backend and already built most of the pages that we need. Some pages already have content too. I need someone to make it beautiful, to transform the way it looks. The logos are done. Your job: - Create the new look for the website, about 8 pages. - Choose the color palette for links, tags, titles, etc. - Choose the text's types and sizes matching with the logo already designed. - Improve the icons created using photoshop to make them look nicer (4 icons). - Treat pictures used. - Find new pictures with royalties free according to the concept you will create. - Design the "cover" image for each course/class (the concept is already created, I just need someone to put together the idea.) You need to put all things together, changing the way the pages were built and creating new ones if necessary. So, you NEED to understand how to go to the wordpress dashboard in this template and do it for yourself. I don't want my web developer wasting time in building pages anymore. We have around 8 pages to work on. I want a very clean and simple design. I can send the pdf for you to have an idea on how much work you would have in each page. The page attached it's just an example on how it looks now. I really need help! Thx!
