Document to Poster

Hi there. I need to have a 17 page word document reformatted to fit on a single poster-sized sheet, something like an A0, A1 or A2. I need to optimize the size of the sheet to fit the entire document such that it would still remain legible/readable like a normal document, so probably a 11 or 12 size font. I'd like to try to maintain as much of the rest of the formatting in the document as possible. it includes some tables too which may need to be shifted around to make the best use of the space. This is mostly involves cut/paste and shifting some things around. Shouldn't take too long. I don't know exactly the best software to use for this, but I know word can't handle a page size big enough, so that won't work. Please let me know if you have clarifying questions. Ultimately, I think the end product will need to be in .pdf so I can send to a printer. This is an urgent task so the faster the better. I need to have the final version after any revisions in no more than two days.
