Draw a poker card for a name card

I would like a designer to draw and design a poker card with skulls, for a name card. (Please see attached image.)
1. Size to be 90mm x 54mm.
2. I would like an image similar/identical to the skull design on the left side of picture 1:
- Skulls
- Crown
- In the vintage tattoo kind of style
- There must be a banner in the middle, with the words:
"Amarick Gill LLC
Advocates & Solicitors"
- Border, with "A" in the upper left, "G" in the bottom right (please use a medieval font) (see picture 2 for what I mean)
- Background must be black, foreground image preferably to be in only one color
- This is for a law firm, so if the skeleton is wearing English court robes (google for pictures), it would be cool, but if it can't work then it's okay, just skip this.
3. Image must be vectorized:
- Add 3mm safety margin around the image
- Image should be saved in a different layer from the background because I intend to do spot uv printing on the name card of this image

- Preferably 2 weeks.
