"Friend or Geek" Logo Design

I'm starting to set-up a blogging website called "Friend or Geek". This blog is about me talking about geek things like movies, comic books, superheroes and also about music. I want to share my point of view of what I like most and also making reviews from time to time. It's really writing about my passions and looking to build an audience as it grows. As for my current project, I want someone who can design me a logo for my brand, "Friend or Geek". I'm looking for a graphic designer who gets my vision of the brand and with whom I want to work with for other projects related to my website on the short-term and/or long-term. I'm an artist and a creative person myself, so I know what I want it to look like, but I lack some skills to do it myself. Even though I have a general idea, I'm also open-minded on the artistic vision that this person can bring on the table. My vision for the logo is to bring all the themes (movies, comic books, superheroes, music) I talked about above in one logo signature. This means capturing the essence of everything in one design. My writing style is somewhat serious, but I want to do it with humor also. So I want it to show in the logo. I'd like to have something similar to the Justice League movie logo, but like I said I'm open to new ideas. I have a small budget for now, because it's only the first step in the greater scheme of things. I'm sure we can work something out together. I don't have a specific deadline, because I'm working on my blog only on my spare time. It's not something I want to rush in, but to do at my own pace.
