Create a "one page" website design for a business that I am starting, this website must be based on WordPress. I would like to see some mockups of different templates you may use. please present some samples of websites you have done in the past. Looking for a clean, sharp website with no e-commerce or videos. I will give you full back end access to the WordPress site and all domain and hosting is sorted out. You will be given a document containing all content, wording and such will be supplied to you including pictures. Approx. 5 or 6 pages of content. Best part about this job is it will be ONGOING work, we are putting together a business that will be servicing our local area to develop websites and other promotional items on a reasonably frequent basis. We already have a a few customers who are keen to get started. For each website you will be given a brief and expected to produce some mock-ups we can show our customers for them to approve. I am looking for good value, trustworthy, easy to communicate with and responsive freelancer. You must also have a sense of design, what works and what doesn't and access to legal low cost stock images, we want to give you as much responsibility of the design as we can. Also SEO skills are highly desirable, we can manage our own analytics but we will be looking for someone who can deliver results with google ranking's for both our website and our customers We have a working understanding of wordpress but we are not designers, as our designer has left our business, we want to find a permanent replacement. Ultimately what we are after is a partner to our business for the long term, you will advise us on certain things and we will pay you for your website development. Feel free to ask any questions
